Joan Klopfenstein, President:  Founder and President of Cadco Machine, Joan brings with her 35 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.  Named St. Louis’ s Top Woman Business Owner mulitiple years by Small Business Monthly.  Nominee for Melanie Blunt’s “First Lady Awards” in 2008.  Judge for FIRST robotics compettiotn.

Brian Gesme, General Manager:  In his 20 years with Cadco, Brian has been working with our customers to help them find solutions to their machining needs. 

Dan Schneider, Plant Manager:  Dan has over 30 years of experience as a journeyman machinist, plant manager and programmer of complex machined parts.  His leadership instills a dedication to quality and precision at every stage on the shop floor.
