Our expertly trained machinists are well versed in working with a variety of materials from all grades of steel and aluminum to titanium and plastics.  All processes are documented and monitored from receipt of raw material through fabrication and final inspection.

MRP/ERP System:  Job Boss software is an advanced software system that allows us to schedule and track manufacturing at any point from order through delivery to our customer.

CNC Software:  Smartcam Advanced Milling and Turning software drives all of our CNCs and allows our programmer to create programs for the most complex parts with ease.

CNC Milling:  Our horizontal and vertical machining centers consist of both 3 and 4 axis simultaneous machining.  Travel up to 50″ x 26″ x 25″.

CNC Turning:  Cadco uses a combination of CNC turning centers (one with an automatic bar feed) and manual lathes to ensure our customer’s parts are turned efficiently and to specifications.  Parts up to 34″ in length (straight cut) and 20″ in diameter.

Grinding:  10″ x 36″ hydraulic plain cylindrical grinder with 30″ x 5″ wheel.

Support Equipment:  Our experienced journeymen utilize a full range of manual equipment that compliments our CNC capabilities.

Welding:  We offer welding services on both steel and aluminum.

Light Assembly:  In addition to CNC machining, Cadco regularly performs light assembly on parts to help our customers reach their goals.

Prototypes:  We have assisted many of our customers over the years with prototype projects and have helped them see them through to full production.
